About this position

We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Operations Manager, who will own the numbers behind Hunters’ Marketing to grow our business into its next phase.

Job description

  • Be the expert on the numbers behind our marketing: constantly strategize, test, monitor and optimize to meet marketing goals and make business impact
  • Execute and analyze integrated campaigns (including PPC, ABM, retargeting, webinars, etc.) across multiple online channels, organic, and paid
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing to develop compelling campaign narratives and supporting content that will inspire the audience and motivate them to take action
  • Establish campaign reports and dashboards to enlighten us on improvement points and worthy investment channels
  • Build full campaign workflows on Hubspot and Salesforce
  • Develop and execute a strategy to score and nurture leads on HubSpot to ensure that we are boosting lead maturity and maximizing conversion to opportunity
  • Continuously work to improve the UX and performance of our landing pages, gated assets, web, and CTAs, guided by industry best practices
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and more
  • Perform content optimizations and updates on website and landing pages
  • Ensure constant database hygiene: associated contacts, deals, opps, lead status and owners – they all have to be neatly reported
  • Work with SDRs and Sales reps to guide on proper lead-to-sales process
  • Lead monthly reports to management
  • Own the tech stack: Hubspot, SFDC, WordPress, Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adroll; and operate those to develop programs and reports for effective marketing


    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing optimizations and analytics with a cybersecurity vendor 
    • Native on Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, WordPress
    • Full proficiency in HTML 
    • Proven track record in campaign analytics and optimization for PPC and content campaigns
    • Fully comfortable building Hubspot and Salesforce workflows, monitor, and report
    • Familiar with inbound marketing benchmarks (cybersecurity)
    • Experience in conducting training sessions for SDRs and sales
    • Enthusiastic, independent thinker who understands marketing and demand
    • Meticulous and analytical with insane attention to detail
    • Native English proficiency
